OP, I wish you the best. Time to cut your losses. Choose wisely. I feel your pain.
i moved from my 55 at 145k. Am very happy to have changed though this is not my daily driver. I am always in agreement with anything other than water thin mobil1… from the time I got this car it’s had either liquimoly or motul, with tensioners and check valves updated and installed. It was interesting to read that the cylinder coating is to hold oil in pores as I read that as a startup helper. Therefore I’m happy to always use oil that is stickier for those start up situations. I truly believe other than manufactures defect of cylinder five, the check valves play a huge role in the engine quality. From zero check valves to both was a very noticeable startup difference. I’ve literally not had a peep since, no matter how long the car sits.

"Dealer Serviced" means some barely trained tech who was able to sober up enough to arrive has changed your oil. May or may not have allowed the old oil to drain (or get sucked out the top of the engine).
Purchased NEW from Mercedes...
- Dealership in Gainesville FL ruined the new bumper on our GLS550 while repairing a sun visor and tried to hide it from us...
- Dealership in Gainesville FL tried to tell me that my new key in my E63 did not run all the options because the car did not have all the options....
- Dealership in Chicago area was out drag racing in my car and the police did not pursue and showed up at my house hours later.
- Mitsubishi Dealership in Chicago did the same thing as above (racing) in a 3000GT VR4 (purchased new)
- Audi Dealership did not change oil as part of included service...twice (I know this because I checked after they "changed" it)
- Mercedes Dealership in Orlando changed Trans fluid on E63...did not put on the gasket (noticed driving home). Then they put on on that leaked...then they fixed it...but the car still has a oil odor.
I could go on and on...they are called a "Stealership" for a reason
