Best way to crank for oil pressure?

cdk; you'll have to explain why the oil filter housing is the same as pumping it into the valve cover.
I'm sure you're aware that the actual oil pump dumps all its oil into the filter housing and it seems to be working.
kenny; why would the best possible solution in the world for the OPs problem be pointless? Or are you saying why bother because the eng will last fine doing none of this? I'd probably agree with you there, mostly, but he seems to really want oil and a pre-oiler is the best way. I'm pretty much against the cranking idea, but the OP seems set on it. I'd at least add some Lucas to it.
The oil does drain out btw, which is why Lucas is a good idea, as is thicker oil that nobody, excluding me apparently, is willing to use.
