go fast grocery getter wagon
For Canada, I had a chat with my SA today and he said there is still no pricing out for the sedan (he said mb Canada has it but not releasing it, because the shipping sticker would have it printed onto it already right from the factory).
The car is still waiting for certification from transport Canada and while there are reports here from various Canadian bloggers who had gotten a feedback of around July from their dealers, it is still a guess, rather than coming from mb Canada as the source.
Lastly, my SA said a training E63 vehicle was at the dealer very recently in which all the SAs have been shown and trained/briefed on. He said it looks very nice and has a pretty aggressive appearance and stance.

Thanks mtwoi, that was really helpful.
I looked again at the DOG and indeed, the standard equipment lists the Sports Suspension based on AIR BODY CONTROL as one of the included items.
So, following back up with the dealer to investigate further. This is my first European Delivery and we've been trying to get the date set around my and my family's schedule and a delay till December would certainly be a bit of a wrinkle.
Though it would make it a nice Christmas present ;-)

Hope to hear more later this week. Will start booking tickets and hotels once a final delivery date that fits my schedule has been nailed down.

Up to $7,000-$8,000 based on previous quotes for 100k miles. Lower limits should also be available. PP should also be negotiable.

You can and absolutely should negotiate like hell on the extended warranty pricing. I don't have a good feel for what you should expect but I know that I've heard lots and lots of folks who get aggressive pricing on the warranty. The warranty has fat margins.

The list prepaid maintenance is at 2300+ does it have the same margin or less. Sorry this is my first AMG and I hv no idea how pricing for these plans go.

No, prepaid maintenance is going to be more or less fixed in price as you're almost certainly going to use it.

Car is in VPC Baltimore. Now part of the sad club with cars in port and awaiting the big release. Can only hope its going to be July. Forgot about the whole VPC thing...hopefully means that these cars high value cars will be kept in a cozy indoor setting and not exposed to elements. After all, I don't think there are many other vehicles in the same situation of limbo and can't be but a few(less than 10 I imagine) E63s at each of these.

The scan of my confirmation sheet wasn't clear, so I retyped it - sorry in advance for any typos on the order codes or other text.

My wait is over!
Last week, I got kind of tired of waiting. My SA showed me a 2017 S63 4MATIC and since end of model year and 2018 engine change (from larger engine to same as new E63) they offered me a black on black S63 brand new for ~ $156 CAD, almost $20K off list. I drove it, and while qualitatively it's a bit more sedate than the E63S, it is a beauty, and the most comfortable car I've ever driven. I bought it. Given that my E63S was pretty loaded, there's probably not more than ~10K price difference (again, Canadian dollars).
At any rate, best of luck to everyone waiting. Both cars have their own assets and personality, for sure.
I did, BTW last week have some communication with a mid-level manager at MB Canada headquarters who said they were expecting certification mid to end of this month according to informed sources.

My car was due for mid-August. It's now been pushed back to sometime in September. Still don't have a confirmed date though. Apparently there's an issue with something in the Premium Package. Heard from some posters on this forum that the Pano Roof is in short supply. Suppose that might be it. Not sure. UK, here.

I am in Canada and my MSRP is about 144k. I noticed there is no designo black magno available to us. Wasn't on the DOG either but the euros seem to get it. looking forward to ripping on this car when it finally gets here

How lucky you Canadians are... with close to parity in our dollar, our Edition 1 E63s is just over $270k here in Aus.
Maybe one day our government will stop taxing the hell out of us.
