Cut the OEM pipes by the second converter for removal

I’m interested in the catted downpipes for my 2018 E63. I have a reentech tune now. Will I have to do anything to the tune if I get this downpipes ? I’m in Texas. How long will it take to receive them ?

My point is that the engine in E63 (and E63s) is the M177, not the M178.
M178 is being used in AMG GT, AMG GTC, AMG GTS, AMG GTR.

M177 is used in
  • Mercedes-AMG C63 and C63 S
  • Mercedes-AMG E63 and E63 S
  • Mercedes-AMG S63
  • Mercedes-AMG GLC63 and GLC63 S
  • Aston Martin DB11
  • Aston Martin V8 Vantage (2019)
