Those looked like PS4S tires as well, which I just put on. They grip tremendously but I haven't been able to spin mine yet on my RWD CLS63. (305/30/19)

Chances are that car has some use on them, but regardless, a tire shouldn't do that!

Probably a press car that has been abused in drift mode a lot . The tires can only take so much I bet it was blistered before or during all the testing

Like the other folks said: those tires were already pretty beat-up and that runway may have had some debris on it too.
