I just got my car Turbo upgrade done and it’s absolutly driving good
Stage one Turbo upgrade by GAD–Motors they don’t recommend there bigger turbos due to transmission restrictions but they promised more in the near future.
Well it’s a turbo swap with catless exhaust and over the counter tune a custome tune will be done end of this month when they visit Dubai.

0–100KM in 3 seconds
100–200Km in 6.2 seconds

Seems kinda slow for a turbo upgrade...but I’m no expert in VBox numbers. And the fact that GAD is already having trouble with tq limiters is a big red flag for those of us wondering if this car will be as unreceptive to mods as the W212 has been.

My best Stock run 100–200km 7.7 seconds if this can help
Acctually it’s not slow at all the car is quiet quick those are good numbers to start with, let’s see with a proper fine tune what could be squeezed out of her, as for the limiters that I am sure will be taken care of with time the car is still new the 9 speed is only 3 months old to all tuners give them few more months!

I’ll have to take your word on the numbers. It’s basically the same trans as the old 7spd and we still haven’t gotten past the tq limiters on it so I hope you’re right.

6.2 100-200 kph seems slow for the new W213 with a turbo upgrade as old low-tech W212 ran 5.6 with weistec W3 and we all know W3 is not that fast...... also the pureturbo W212 E63 ran of 5.3 100-200kph (6.3 60mph-130mph) and best it ever mananged in 1/4 was 10.3..... i was hoping with better twin-scroll turbos that the W213 would be faster than the W212

ok not bad numbers from Weistec if you go back to the history of the cars running 5.5 5.3 or even 6 it was only done 2–3 years after the release of the M157, but with the M177 and the new 9 speed it’s impossible to get those numbers over night, the M177 is a no joke engine you can go and look at my posts on the GTS the engine can produce power and it’s an easier job than the M157, I was the first to slap a turbo on my CLS63 back in 2012 my car couldn’t do the numbers you are claiming but before I sold it was doing 100–200 under 5 seconds, I am sharing my findings as it progresses with the new E63 as I said a fine custom tune will be done end of this month and who knows I might burn the clutches before getting any numbers time will tell here are some runs I made today to share with you guys.

I too believe this platform has even more potential than the M157 but if it has the same software roadblocks we’ll never see that potential. I do appreciate you posting results.

So new to the Amg 63 scene. What software can you tune yp r own car with timing numbers and fuel maps adjustments? The 2017 e63s uses direct injection and port so you can run bigger injectors right?

I see here mentioned it' the calculated torque output of the engine that sends the transmission into limp mode? No way to ignore it and up the transmission line pressure or get thinner steals in the clutch pack with m1 to 2 more clutch surfaces for the extra torque. I would like to see a 140mph trap e63 option.

Now you can really see how Mercedes tuning compares to other platforms since this car has a very similar powerplant to another german manufacturers performance model.

I’m looking forward! Sadly it took MB 4 years to catch up to that other German manufacturer but I doubt it can compare in aftermarket tuning options or depth...or in the standing 1/4mile without a tq converter trans.

I was in Dubai about 2 weeks ago and it was relatively warm (85 degrees F), I wonder what conditions you ran under and if that impacted the numbers a bit.

Gad motorsport have a gearbox upgrade they have a glc63 and a gtr in the 9s

Check up gad motors on Instagram they have a glc63 in the 9s. Pretty amazing.

The question is, how the heck do we get GAD motors performance levels for people who live in US/Canada?

I will ask for price without transmission upgrade (and a conservative tune to prevent tranny blowing...)

I think if your going to go as far with them tuning the car you might as well get a stronger tune which would require the transmission upgrade to go along with it, to handle the extra torque reliably.

Too bad its so crazy expensive, and would be complicated if anything went wrong down the road for US/Canadian customers!

Just to compare. Stock Turbos,DP and WMI. 5,65 corrected. Fastest car atm with upgrade turbos runs 5,11 here in germany.
