Awesome! What size and width wheels? And what size tires ?
[/QUOTE]

20inch all around with 265/30/20 on the front and 295/30/20 on the back. 10 inch (18mm offset) rim on the front and 11 inch rim on the back (52mm offset). This is the first Benz of the 3 that I've owned where I could make the front look very concave! I probably could've even gone with a 10.5 rim maybe without rubbing as I added a 15mm spacer up front to get it flush and a 5mm spacer on the back.

great information! Thanks! Any thought of going 275 front and 305 rear? Wheels are definitely wide enough

PPF, Llumar Matte
15mm/12mm spacers from Supreme Power - they were awesome to work with
30% window tint, 80% on windshield
Zunsport front grill set
Blacked out front grill, door handles, and trunk chrome. Used vinyl wrap for the door handles and trunk, and Autoflex Coating for the front.

This one angle shows the difference between the matte PPF and factory matte paint but it's not visible otherwise.

Next is removing the secondary cats and adding a JL subwoofer.

I had the 275 and 305 on there for a little bit - i thought they were too meaty and liked the stretch look better. So i ended up having them swapped.

thanks! very useful to see the differences.
what brand did you use for the PPF? and why Autoflex and not just Plastidip?

PPF brand is Llumar, which I think is the same as SunTek. I called around a few places and the shop that had an opening recommended Autoflex over vinyl wrap. Googled Autoflex Coating and came across this: https://www.dipyourcar.com/pages/comparison-chart.

Wasn't sure if I wanted gloss or matte for the front around the emblem...and still not sure even after I got matte but it's done for now.

thanks! i'm going to put Llumar also! but full wrap. using Gyeon for ceramic coating.

yeah, i hear you. i'm also with some decisions to make. i want to keep the chromes however. did you apply any coating or PPF on the front star? i believe it should not be covered since there are the sensors for Distronic there. but is somehow too glossy for me

i've being investigating this and Suntek and Llumar are still not quite the same. but it is likely that they will end blended together. the latest versions uses similar techs for the clear coat of the PPF. however, Llumar is still one of the thinners of the market (0.74 mils). Suntek seems to have kept it's 8 mil.

Xpel installation + Ceramic Pro coating are wrapping up at Dynamic Detailing in Santa Clara, California. The more time I spend with this color the more I love it.

Dealer finally received the car yesterday. Picked it up last night. Totally love it!
Took some a/s tires to the dealer about a week ago and walked out with a GLC63 suv for the mrs. This this is badass!

Thanks! One of many I’ll soon share. Unfortunately, I hit some road debris earlier that destroyed both driver side wheels and tires. Currently being towed the last 200 miles to Austin.

Bummer! Hopefully, first off that everyone is all right, and secondly that there was no additional damage to the car other than the tires and wheels.

Thank you! Fortunately, no additional damage has been discovered. Parts are ordered and I hope to have her back by Friday. Rubber is being switched from Pirelli to Michelin, and that also makes me happy.

I miss her. This was the last view before she got put on the truck.

Any more info on the headlights? Have you been able to code the adaptive highbeam assist PLUS (aka ILS) into the euro lights when installed?
