I have an E63s wagon in selenite grey on order with CCBs, performance seats, carbon fiber interior. Order is still in yellow status. Who knows when I will get it. May/June maybe? Long story but I have been waiting since last July.

In the meantime, I have the opportunity to get a selenite grey with CCBs, multicontour seats and black ash interior. Wheels are not the black forged but that is an easy one to solve after market.

Trying to decide what to do. Pull the trigger or continue waiting?

Sport seats are a must. I picked up my car last night and they are the only option that is 100% necessary. They make the interior.

whats a couple more months if you waited since July ? wait for you car that you ordered.. The performance seats are nice

I waited to not get the sport seats. Personal preference.

If I'd wanted the sport seats and didn't care about a few other options, I would have bought the Edition 1.

But my preference was for the multi function seats. I'm very happy with them.

But clearly others have strong opinions about performance seats.

If you're going to lease the car and turn it in in a couple of years, maybe go ahead and buy something that's close to what you want now. But if you're going to keep the car for several years, which is what I tend to do, then what's a couple of months to get exactly what you want?
