2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
Using regular cologne in the Scent bottle does not seem to work well.
Tried it with Tommy Bahama Maritime Cologne and it ran out in about 5 days. Seems like it needs to be thicker, oh well I guess I'll pay the money for the real stuff. I like the scent of the Freeside mood and it seems to last at least a half year.

that's the option i wish to have. Even found on youtube Chinese company does retrofit to E class (takes cutting space in the glove box, connecting the unit and reprogramming to enable control ).
May be sometimes later dealer would offer this as add on....

I have been using
my cologne in this system since October. If anything it’s a bit much... I keep my air freshener on low and I have to turn it off after a while... but wow does my car smell amazing
shout out to the dangling black ice... was a favourite back in the day... they were littered all over my truck lol

Yes, you have to have the Air Balance Package which is a $350.00 option to have it. I had added that and the soft close doors to my order from last May as I got my 2015 S550 last June and realized those both were good features to have for cheap money. As I remember I think the soft close door option was a $550.00 option.
