Tune Manufactures, best customer service?
Hypothetically, lets say you buy a tune, and a week later your car dies, fire, explosion, accident whatever. What if anything would / should one expect from a software company given the circumstance? It is odd to me that software is locked to a VIN and it is most likely not often someone enters from one vehicle to the same model/year. Just curious.

Let's first acknowledge this is a hypothetical scenario (including my take on the answer).
From an actual liability standpoint, I'd expect them to do nothing unless there's compelling evidence that they were the root cause--probably very difficult to obtain that assuming it's even possible at all.
In terms of moving to a compatible vehicle as a result of the loss of your car, I can confirm that EuroCharged were happy to do so assuming they could determine, with reasonable certainty that they're not being shafted, that the tune was removed or otherwise unusable.

Ah, see that's what I was looking for. I am sure they are also able to track somehow if they are getting shafted. If I were to get a tune Eurocharged would get my money for sure

The tunes are the devils tool Joking, this one was aimed at Limey haha. I probably won't tune my car, I'm pretty happy with it as it is and should something happen like that crazy Misfire issue that Benz cant seem to figure out I just know if I'd altered something they blame it on that. No thanks, not worth the risk to me.

I still can't believe your thinking of getting rid of your AMG, what the heck is wrong with you LOL. I know I'd really miss mine if I got rid of it, there are not many cars that can replace this car IMO.
