Mine came with Pirellis too.
At ~8700 miles now and still have a ways to go before I burn through them. After that I'll be trying the Michelins for the next set, but the Pirellis do stick pretty well too. Everyone I've taken for a ride has been quite impressed with how planted the car is in the corners. If the Michelins are that much better, I'll be super impressed. |
Tirerack has all the info in the comparison between Michelin Pilot Sport 4S vs Michelin Pilot Super Sport and Pirelli P Zero. Michelins are ranked 1 and 2 out of 35 and the Pirelli 26 out of 35. Night and day difference in reviews and numbers plus most everyone on here has commented the Michelins are way better.
By now I shouldn't be surprised that I have bad luck if there's any luck involved. 1366 for the tires plus changing them out so 1500-1600 and probably will do it from the beginning and save the crap Pirelli for end of lease. |

I'll ask my dealer to replace the tires with Michelins on my dime ( at their cost )
|
We did that with people also, but most switched to Continental tires DWS06's for ultra high perf all seaosns... if you are gonna switch maybe some added use? depends where you live

Wassaby please check my status again almost 3 weeks since built hoping it's assigned a ship but from what I'm reading we're all waiting until November?

Its crazy that all those sales commissions are just sitting at the Ports/VPCs for you and your brethren. I’ve now heard that this isn’t really an emissions thing but a planned rollout for the Mercedes Winter Sales Events, etc. so that models are flowing into the market place at relatively the same time. And are we back to December now? |
