I have a tuned W213 E63S with 100 cell race catted downpipes and have ordered the Akra system, the stock system is good and sounds excellent, however I have always run Akra exhausts and have no doubt it will sound fantastic. I will post a Video clip here once its installed.

really?? 7600 us dollars for your exhaust? That's more than what the car is worth here. Well almost more.
You can buy just as good as performing exhaust without the fancy name yet just as much performance for less than half of that. Just my opinion. But I think that's Futtin Nucksss.

The car is, at cheapest, $80k used? Most are $120k. 5-10% on exhaust, I agree, high, but... I am not aware of many good solid $3k-$4k alternatives that beat the stock exhaust.

E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
I have it. And..
The Renntech high output cats and downpipes, as well as their tune. Glorious sound and performance. Yes, really expensive, but the quality seems fantastic.
