What part of what I've been saying is not sinking in.... -2.6 camber a slightly stretched tire [rounded sidewall] AWD digging for corner grip...

So after fatter front tires, the inner tire wear continued.

I hope these arms do not follow your history of asking for input and inserting your own solutions that have failed so far
I asked for input to see if anyone here actually knew anything about these cars and except for a few that I chat with that's about it.
A small handful of real car guys and the rest are just check writers with no knowledge..
The only thing that has failed on my car were these K-Crap bushings so please just shove your comments up your *** so that you can keep them to yourself.

So after three months and a few thousand miles I have to say the urethane bushings on my F1 front upper control arms were driving me fucccckin nuts with the squeaking.
They made my $150k wagon sound like a $500 crapbox inside while driving. It was so bad that I actually started thinking about returning it to stock and look at other cars, yes it was that bad..
I gave F1 a call and convinced them to make me another set of arms but this time using OEM Mercedes replaceable rubber bushings....
The car is perfect "new car quite" and there is no noticeable difference between the rubber vs urethane bushings in handling...
R$D is my friend.. I highly recommend these camber adjustable front upper control arms..
My ride height is from the ground to fender lip is 27.25 and have -1.6 camber with 285/30/20 tires..
Seriously, you post a picture of a failed component from F1-Fabrication as if means something to me or anyone that has been modifying and building cars for over 40 yrs.
You product sucks and if 95 ft.lb. of torque isn't gonna hold it in place it's a pice of crap.

Having to have my car realigned three times at $250 each plus the price of two new OEM lower control arms at $700 and installed tells me your K-mac junk is just crap..
Seriously a +/- .3* adjustment is a joke, sorry dude your stuff is crap..
These are my lower control arms and you can clearly see the K-crap bushings have moved even when torqued down to 95 ft lb.
They were originally set for less negative camber equal on both sides, their rotation to more negative camber screws everything up and it does it unevenly.. Again R$D is done by the customer in the real world..
K-Crap camber bushings at the time the lower arms were removed after a short drive through the canyons...
I had the exact same problem on my W205 C63 coupe with the kmacs slipping in and out of spec, and having to get allignments done every couple months. Car also felt horribly floaty on at high corners. Never again.
I just lowered my E63s, so i'll be looking into the F1 fab control arms for a camber solution. Thanks for the heads up Ronin.
I checked out that website as well, but there isn't anything listed for W213 E63s. I found a similar product on Ebay, but not sure if it's from the same guys.

I have a set of F1 upper A arms with urethane bushings, I didn't like the squeak I could hear so I had them do a set with the OEM rubber bushings for a quieter ride.
If ya don't mind a little squeak on bumpy roads I'll make ya a killer deal on them..

I just received another set with OEM rubber bushings for my AMG GLC 63s.
I'm looking forward to having them installed and starting another project knowing I can get a proper alignment..
What was the install cost or did you do them yourself? I also ordered a set of the rear upper camber arms. Unfortunately they only come in urethane so hopefully they don’t squeak. Do any of you guys have any experience with the rear upper camber arms? [

IIRC, my install was about $500 + $200 for a 4 wheel alignment. You must do the alignment after the install and you have set your new base height. I did the front only and my tire wear problem is gone. Thx Ronin
I saw one of these a couple of days ago in Rancho Sante Fe parked outside a restaurant. Was there when it fired up and drove away a while later - very nice!
