Wanting to downsize wheels form 20" to 19" - will these work?

First post.

I've got a 2017 E43 AMG and I'm wanting to get a little more sidewall because of pot holes in this area. My 15 year old with a learner's permit already created a flat spot on 2 of my 20" rims.

I found a set on eBay and they seem to be an option based on size/offsets even though they appear to be for a C class - https://ebay.us/NmHHRk

I get confused about offsets - these have 45 mm offsets so I guess I would need a 5 mm spacer on the rears? Also I'm aware that they wouldn't be staggered like my current setup.

I guess I could always just use these with snow tires and run two sets of wheels.

Thanks for the help!

And I saw that www.wheel-size.com suggested offsets of 43 in the front and 49 in the rear. Somebody at the local Discount Tire told me some Asanti ABL 14 wheels with 38 front and 45 rear offsets would work. I'm assuming I would need a 5 mm spacer front and rear if I went with those?

Thanks again.

I'm seeing conflicting information on wheel-size.com - they say the E43 fronts have either an offset of +20 or +43. I read somewhere else that the +20 is for the E43 and then +43 is for the E300.

Either way, the info universally seems to agree that the rear is +49.

Is this correct? +20 front and +49 rear?

Appreciate the help - I've never gone aftermarket for wheels before.

Too rich for my blood but thanks.

I should be able to get away with a 10.5" rear wheel ET50 since that's what they put on the E63 AMG, right?
