Heated Armrest/Center Console - How Hot?
I'm trying to gauge if my heated armrests are actually working. I opted for the Warmth & Comfort Package in my wagon. I turned my seat heaters on for the first time tonight and I am pretty sure I feel nothing from the armrests. I double-checked COMAND and the Panel Heating option is set to on for both sides.
Is it supposed to get as warm as the steering wheel? The seats?
If you have this option and can validate, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, I feel a trip to the dealer is in order.

Hi,
New owner here. Have the option and can confirm it gets pretty warm that I can feel it through several layers of clothing. I say try again and if you still can’t feel it bring it to the dealership.

It’s actually too hot if you have the seat heat on 1 or 2. Do the armrests not have variable temp settings to match the seats? Seems like the armrests only have one heat setting: hot!

Door and center console arm rest heat I would rate as a 10/10 and 12/10, respectively. The latter is very hot. Steering wheel and seats 7/10.

Agreed. Odd that the heat doesn’t adjust with the seat heater settings, especially on the doors and center console. It’s easy to run a heater at lower output.

if I remember correctly, there's a separate temp adjustment screen for armrest/center console lid in Multi Media unit under settings . . .
