go fast grocery getter wagon
owners manual - under "wheels & tires" says 110 lb-ft or 150 Nm.

You can confirm it yourself.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a torque wrench? Thats preferable for MB, or just a simple autozone off the shelf?

Buy a beam style wrench... nothing to go out of calibration, and will fit the bill for everything you need.

I have been using one of those $19 harbor freight torque wrench for years without fail...only on lugs though. Don't see any reasons to spend anymore than that.

I also have TW from HF got it for $9 with a coupon, and it's perfect for seasonal wheels change.

You could always just use a 2 ft long bar and hang a 50 lb weight at the end of it. That would place a torque of pretty darn close to 100 lb-ft on the lug nuts.

The 100 lb-ft torque using this method would of course only be nearly accurate when the bar is horizontal. The torque would be 0 when bar is vertical.

I say pretty darn close and nearly, in the above text because you have to integrate the weight of the bar along the distance to get the additive effect of the bar to the 50 lb weight, but the major contribution will be from the 50 lb weight unless you use a really heavy bar.

I have several different torque wrenches of various grades and after a while your hand gets fairly well calibrated and you can almost set them exactly without the torque wrench. But, typically I install the nuts to about 10 to 20 lb-ft under the target by hand then use the torque wrench to finish them off.

Right on! Yup, nothing to go out of calibration. That's the wrench I have!
