W213 E63S MED17.7.5 DAMOS

Does anybody know where I can buy/find the map definition for our ECU? It seems an ECU dump is useless without this map/you can't load into WinOLS/equivalent to tune without it.

How do all of these tuners get their hands on the A2L file for these ECUs/cars? Are they just using the leaked C63S M177 A2L map?

i know someone who has the actual DAMOS for the E63s but it costs alot. Someone from MB has to leak/sell it. No chance to encode/encrypt it on your own.. thats impossible.

every tuning company out there selling tunes for E63S have the DAMOS, or is there a chance they re-used AMG GT/C63S DAMOS?

Almost no one has the DAMOS believe me. Thats why there is no E63s with upgradechargers now because no one can tune it. Renntech has no CPC/Damos as well. I know the 2 fastest cars at the moment. And the DAMOS is out for like 14 days now.

I 100% believe you, but I am still looking for the answer of: there are companies out there selling tunes. What have they been selling? Best guesses?

Some other base files with some extra boost probably. there is no VMAX removal as well. The first car with the damos file was tuned 14 days ago. Went 100-200 @5.81 seconds. The second one is in the progress with upgradeturbos. Should end up at 1100+ crank hp.

What company tuning?

What do they use for base file? DAMOS from another car with the same engine like C63S?

They Guy im talking about has the Damos and it was super expensive. Almost 2 1/2 Years until it finally leaked and you need to know the "right" guys. He made 2 E63s and 1 with upgradeturbos in the Works.

Problem is still that there are not enough E63s drivers who tune their cars. The BMW M5 F90 is comepletely ready after 10 months and they run 1000+ HP because there are enough customers out there.

He is called RRAHMANI. Problem is still that there are not enough E63s drivers who tune their cars. The BMW M5 F90 is comepletely ready after 10 months and they run 1000+ HP because there are enough customers out there.
Super expensive like $50k?

How long until he sells his tune map?

i cant call any price tag. In this phase you are very careful because you can copy the file from a tuned car. So you have to trust your customers. I know a second guy as well. But since the Damos is very fresh alot of research and tuning is in progress. Should be ready within the next 2 months. Getting mine done very soon.

Just got custom engineered HRE R101LW 20" lightest wheels out there. Almost 40% lighter than OEM. Will go with a catted DP. With a tune i should hit like the other car 780/800+HP. OEM Turbos can handle 850HP (all crank). Im very good friends with TheTurboEngineers they have upgradeturbos ready. First Stage goes 1100+. And there are some fuel problems to fix. My car has full options and the CCB. We will see. But ill wait until the first upgradeturbo car runs well. Ill find out next week what the wheels will do in comparison to OEM.

Ah, you're the guy who dropped $10k-$15k on wheels. I saw that thread. Nice man!

OEM turbos can do 850hp crank, but what can OEM pistons + rods + block do? At what point do we need to do clutches as well?

Dont worry about pistons clutch etc. The "S" Models got a forged engine. I own a W212 5,5L with cast internals nothing forged. I run 940 Crank for over 60K miles now. Even the older converter transmission has no issues at all. Its hard to say by now. But the Engine should be fine with about 1100-1200HP Crank.
Nothing near slipping the 9 Gear Trans should take that easy. Worst case you upgrade one disc to strengthen it. i been there before.

a brave man you are, I'm sure there are people on the forums who would disagree with that!

any reason you prefer catted downpipes or is it because your country requires it?

The W212 Trans is worse id say. We used one OEM Disc to upgrade it. And no issues at all for that mileage. It could take way more. But i would recommend a forged engine to go above 1000+ on the W212.
Ill just leave 2 cats instead of 4 in the DP. For the smells and im not a fan of the raspy sound. And German Police is a pain the ***. I will see what the engine can take. Im happy AMG took the forged parts for the S.
Same as on the AMG GTR. To forge the engine on the 5.5L its about 41.000€. Just the sealant for the head is 4,5K. Ill do a oil analysis every 5K to see if i lose any "metal" when im with 1000+ HP. Worst case sleeve and forge even harder.

Both on similiar Quality. TTE did some sick stuff with the VTG GT2RS Turbos. But id say TTE/PURE are the best for me. But TTE is like 2 min away from me

Any idea why more companies aren't trying to do that? Aka buy Garrett turbo or Precision turbo maybe 2mm bigger than the BorgWarner stock twinscroll and put bigger compressor/turbine housing on for more air flow? It seems like a very good business to be in with high margin after machining cost. Is it just not needed because you can get to 900hp with just TTE/PURE impeller wheel upgrade?

if you just ugprade the oem one as hybrid it will be able to do more than 1200HP no need to go for garret etc. Its a very good working concept with the "HOT V". The E63s Chargers are big enough everything is fine.

EDIT: They CNC machine the housing improve airflow and get way bigger turbine. That turns out 1200+. The Turbos will never die. The engine will before
