E63 Final Edition

It's official 150 sedans 150 wagons
Sedan MSRP $168,913 plus $1150 destination
Wagon MSRP $176,913 plus $1150 destination

Units to be allocated shortly.

benzbell 03-08-2023 02:19 PM

Not a fan of the facelift. There is nothing special about the final edition to me other than MB saying it's special. It's just the usual MB special edition jargon - rinse and repeat.

TheVazha 03-08-2023 04:40 PM

I'm obsessed with the facelift, but thank God I didn't wait for final. I would have been thoroughly devastated when they posted the pricing. Or I'd just have to buy that GTS I've always wanted. :zoom:

BACnMercedes 03-08-2023 04:52 PM

Well that’s probably not going to happen for me with nothing “special” about it.
Come on MB, at least give it a HP bump.

Any news on folks that have a request in? My dealer is clueless and still thinks my non final edition will be coming by August.

For that amount of money... certainly other cars to look out , not to bash MB.

I feel the same way about the facelift.

Double ouch! What is the equipment configuration for that price? The price of the wagon is 35k more than my 2021 E63s Graphite Grey wagon which has every option except a CF engine cover. Good fortune for those few who get one of the units.

b0rderman 03-09-2023 09:12 AM

You could pay $176k for what probably is a $140k build but be pretty confident the car is going to show up looking like the build sheet...OR you could pay $40k ADM on a custom build that likely won't show up the way you spec'd it. Two unappealing propositions.

Any official release to link to?

Cylinder Head 03-09-2023 01:48 PM

My car MSRP'd for $140k and has nearly every option. That price tag is tough to justify.

ocdbroker 03-09-2023 01:50 PM

^^^But there's special plastic stickers and badges...

2023 M5 Comp here I come..

You do know that’s a BMW, right? Haha

Correct... E63s was the only thing appealing to me from Merc. I have a request in for a 2023 but might not mean anything at this point.

And the 2023 builds are missing options that were available in 2021 so decontented as well.

And the 2021's are missing options that were available on the 2020's lol.

Is this US or Worldwide? And what is the source of your information?

Thank you!

That is a ton of E63 wagons for the US! I am betting more than the 2021, or 2023 non-final edition versions! I have a 21 FL wagon and have never seen another one.

Super high MSRP to get flat paint! :(

Dashcam, Virtual reality navigation enhancement, Hi definition sound system in the sedan (not available in the wagon ever)

MDLSLK55 03-28-2023 09:41 AM

MBUSA website is showing several final editions in dealer inventory, pricing is wrong but the graphic has the body stripe and extra badging. The corresponding dealer websites list them as incoming and iPacket confirms the final edition spec. Two dealers in CA are even showing both a sedan and wagon.

ocdbroker 03-28-2023 10:13 AM

I hear they'll flood the market with 150 of each version. And no ceramics for the US, even at that bloated MSRP. I'd fire the entire team responsible for this Final Edition. Lol

That’s good news for me!

Speaking of firing people, anyone else notice the price with destination ends with $XXX,063?

It is definitely done on purpose, I see a common theme here for the C 63 S Final Edition as well: https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-c63s-...ml#post8738144
