2022 E53 cold start rattling

Hi Everyone!

Hopefully I'll find here some solution or advices. I recently purchased a 2022 E53 AMG model. The car has already been to 3 different brand service centers / dealerships with the same
problem in the past 2 months. The issue is that there is a metallic rattling noise in the engine compartment, especially after cold starts, for about 1-2 minutes.
I have made a video of this, which is available at the following link:

None of the service centers have effectively addressed the issue, as if it doesn't even exist. Nothing to do under warranty...
The noise is practically easy to localize; either the wastegate actuator rod and/or the wastegate itself is rattling, right from new. I was stupid when didn't checked everything on the purchase. We sat in the car with running engine and the noise cannot be heared inside. The next week I brought back the car to the original dealership, and they said it's by design. (Like a ****ty lawnmover).
I don't believe that such a noise is normal for a premium category car. Is this a common issue, or can it be fixed? The car has been in use for 2 months and has barely reached 2000 km. I have received no response from any of the 3 services since the car has been in service for the past 4 weeks. I've made complaints directly to Mercedes customer care, and they trying to categorize my issue again as a normal condition based on the same video I've uploaded here without any physical inspection or new appointment.... So the story hasn't been ended yet. Very disappointing from Mercedes. Had anybody the same issue and got it fixed somehow?

Thanks in advance!

OP, did you tried pushing on things to see if the noise volume or frequency changes?

Yes, if I pull the wastegate actuator rod upwards or push downwards relatively hard the noise totally disappears. So the rod joints are loose there is a quite high clearance or the flipper inside vibrating next to the housing.
The dealership trying to explain its total normal, and it's the sound how high pressue injection works... Do I look like a fool.
I dont know if I show them would they blame me violaton the warranty with removing the plastc engine cover or something...

No that is NOT normal, they are ridiculous, tell them to show you another E 53 that does this. They wouldn't find any.

I think I have the same rattle on my 2021 E53. Thanks to this thread, I’ll go and have a look and see if mine is the same issue.

Yep, it’s definitely the wastegate arm.
