Faint beeping noise behind speedometer?
Hi all, I’m hearing a very faint beeping noise coming from the speedometer area. It’s really faint, not related to parking sensors.
Anyone know what it might be? I just got the car back from the dealer a few days ago where they recalibrated the drive / brake assist.

Is it constant? - sounds like a constant high pitched whine/tone - almost like those hearing tones you get when they test your hearing
sounds electronic - can you pop the hood and see if it's coming from the engine bay?
could it be a valve leaking - given the brake assist was adjusted; pcv system to look into as well as per the link above
could it be the brakes? Is caliper sticking and a pad constantly making contact with the rotor

Let me check some of these further
