MBH CLS63 BiTurbo Downpipes ** Official Release**

We've completed our testing on our BiTurbo downpipes and are happy to report they preform amazingly. We like to put our products though some real world driving before we release them to market. After dyno testing and test car feedback from the owner, and a in depth inspection ( removal, inspect, re-install). We are ready to officially release the downpipes.

This is a 100% bolt-on install. No cutting or welding required. Options for the downpipes can include extra resonators, cats, H-pipe or Xpipe. Some if these combo's can be used together. We feel this gives the customer the choice to have the system made the way they want it.

With a conservative tune already flashed to the car, the MBH downpipes picked up 60whp over that. Making for a total gain over stock of around 140 wheel horsepower on a Dyno Dynamics dyno. We expect more power gains with the tuning and downpipe combo today when the car is re-flashed with a more matched tune.

Tuning for the downpipes be done my EVOtech USA. As always you are free to choose what ever tuner you would like to work with.

Please send me an email for a price quote to mike@mbhmotorsports.com

Nice looking pipes. That claimed gain seems pretty high though. Although they are not exactly the same as the pipes offered by Renntech, they are pretty similar. Renntech claims an increase of 10-15 hp for its catless down pipes. Given that downpipes are fairly straight forward and cannot differ much from manufacturer to manufacturer given the limitations of how the pipes must be routed, I do not see how these pipes can add 4-6 times more hp than the Renntech pipes. Hey, but if they can, that is great! Plus, I m sure that they will be more affordable. What is the price? No need to PM, other companies list their prices.

I am no expert, so maybe I am overlooking something.

Vdubpower please quit tire kicking. They are catless pipes that are larger diameter for better flow and have an equalizer for each bank of the engine called an x or h pipe. Educate yourself by looking under your car and not at it for once. Anyway it's not like you're going to be putting a set of these on anytime soon it seems like.

Let's put it this way , stock cls63 makes 525 hp , adding a downpipe ( without tune ) make 15 hp more , adding a tune without downpipe gives 90 hp increase , then a downpipe + a tune gives 140 hp . So how much downpipe make , is it 15 , or 50 hp ?

Adding downpipe without a tune may gives you 0 hp, sometime you lose power , turbo engine loves catless downpipe + tune . You can go more boost and advanced ignition .

Mile , I want to go catless , but with minimal drone and loudness, what is the best catles downpipe with minimal noise increase , ? A downpipe with resonators? And how much power you expect to lose from adding these resonators.

Relax, he just asked a question which is allowed here whether he is going to get the product or not.

thanks for the questions and the responses guys. I spoke with Ken @ Evotech USA this morning to get some clarity on that car's tune. He told me the car showing int he dyno chart does have a stage 2 tune on it. It was re-flashed the day we delivered the car back once the down pipes were installed.

The downpipes as a stand alone mod don't make an astrological amount of power over stock, however when you mate with a tune designed to take advantage of the downpipes the gains can be really big. Apposed to just a tune only. The downpipes allow you to run more boost over your standard tune.

As a correction on my end this car did have a tune, then downpipes installed and re-flashed with a tune that takes advantage of the downpipes.

The guys at Evotech USA who are doing the tuning on the new M157 BiTurbos do great stuff. Bring to the States all those tunes that are responsible for beating the 548 Italia, walking the new M5 (tuned). And so on.

I welcome all questions you guys have. Today I will do my best to reply to all of them

Best Regards -Mike

This is a true statement. I've seen many turbo cars and we've built many of downpipes for the a wide range of cars. Sometimes downpipes make nothing over stock. Then when you mate a tune to the car with downpipes the car seems makes massive gains. In most cases much more than just tuning as a stand alone mod.

We are also set to release our 550 BiTurbo downpipes today. They are different than the 63's

We use top quality, Made in the USA, stainless steel. Our downpipes use 16 gauge 3 inch tubing. We purge weld everything for uniform finish inside. We also offer a wide range of options to suit the customers needs. Weather that be cats, extra resonators, an X-pipe or an H-pipe. We want to make sure the customer gets system that they want. Rather than being stuck with a system one company feels is the best option for them. Each person's needs and wants is not always the same so we want to offer up some options to them. Since we build everything, we can also take also take in some special requests too.

I haven't had much seat time personally in the TT 63's, but I've had a good about in the 550 BiTurbo with down pipes and cat deletes. There is no drone. Turbos to a good job at muffling the sound.

With extra resonators we do not expect any power loss. As the resonator is a straight through design.

I think the downpipes will lean out the AFR, so I would advise to get a tune. We also have a good deal on tunes through EVOtech USA custom made to match the downpipes. However you can use any tuner you choose.

Mike its been what a year and then some and still my MBH system rubs the under-body of my car on hard pulls...

After countless emails , this is ur idea of fixing the issue?

say u will and repeatedly neglecting to get back to me :-( ?

For the last time a solution would be nice please (test the system with X pipe on a cls) and send me one that works...
