In market for a new cls63, few questions
I am looking at trading in my c63 coupe for a new cls63. I noticed there are a lot more used 2012 cls63's on the market than 2012 e63's (bi turbo).
Are there any issues with cls63's (including interior rattles, squeaks etc...) or anything to be aware of before pulling the trigger.
I really like the lines on the new cls and the interior compared to the e class.
Another car that i am considering is the new f10 m5.

The CLS also doesnt feel that much bigger than the C63 when driving it. No noticeable blind spot differences or everyday maneuvering issues.
I also like that people can sit in the back seat and not feel packed in...whereas the C63 sedan I had was really a not much roomier than a coupe.

The CLS came out well before the E did last year.... the first CLS's were on the ground in June of 2011.

I have a 2009 C63 and a 2012 CLS63. I like the seats in the C over the CLS. The CLS is a much more comfortable car. The is more fun on the back roads. The CLS is better on the highway. A tune really perks both cars up.

Both the E and the CLS are the same car with different interior and exterior. Thus both drive the same--GT cars, ideal for highway like autobahn. Too bad there isn't such in the States.

Thanks guys, really appreciate your input.
I went to my dealer yesterday to test drive one but they didn't have any in stock. I also looked at the ml63 (obviously completely different from what i have been looking but wanted to see how it feels) but wasn't to excited about it.
Anybody knows if there are any incentives on the amg's this month? My sales person said maybe he could drop the price by $2000-$3000 off msrp, does that sound right on a 100k plus car?
Anyone from NY that would recommend a good sales person willing to work with the customer?

Porsche 911 Turbo S 2014! E63S 14, Audi S8 13, CLS63 12, E550 12, C63 09, all tuned
The CLS is not the same as the E. same platform, but the CLS center of gravity is lower, and wheel base is different, also CLS is about 250 lbs heavier. I own both E 63 and CLS 63, they drive total different.

On another note.. I have a 2004 E55. I might consider the CLS63. I wonder if the niggles from my E55 have persisted 8 years later? If you have the time and want to view all my complaints, it is a fun read at https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...t-my-w211.html
In short though, my biggest concerns/questions are:
a) does the car (with keyless go) beep loudly every time you turn it off, as you exit, reminding you to take the key?
b) is the nav still pretty primitive compared to what is out there, or have they caught up to firms like Audi yet?
