I am usually on the BMW M forums but figured I would setup a new account here in order to see if there would be any interest in anyone buying 20" Lorinser LM6 rims. My apologies if I am in the wrong section, I did not see a classifieds subforum.

I am selling them for a friend who had them on his Mercedes CLS, long story short he purchased the car and drove the vehicle about 500 miles before deciding it was not for him. He later sold the car but the rims remained in storage.

Description:

Excellent condition Lorinser LM6, Staggered 20" Two Piece Wheels & Continental SportContact 2 Tires. 9" 255/30/20 & 11" 305/25/20. ET 38 on both. These rims have less than 500 miles on them in total, no bends, curb rash, etc.. Tires are in excellent shape, above 95% thread left.

These are GENUINE Lorinser rims made in Germany, they are NOT replicas. Very rare and hard to find, search Ebay and you will see.

I was thinking 6k since the rims are in excellent condition and retail for over 9k brand new. In addition they are already wrapped in rubber which has over 95% life left.

still unsure if they are forged or cast, here is post referring to them as forged, they are 19" with a listed retail price of $1800/wheel new, so my guess is they are forged

Those eBay rims are completely different from what you're selling. The ones on eBay are genuine OEM MB rims made for the SLR while your rims are genuine Lorinser parts. Honestly, it's not going to sell at $6K. Even brand new HREs and ADVs that forum members try to sell here at that price just end up being buried pages deep in the forum. If you're looking for a fair market rate, it's more in the $1,500-$3,000 range and stuff like this can still take time to sell. Best of luck to you!

Thank you for the point of reference, I really appreciate it. Price drop to 3k in that case since like I said they have practically new already installed tires with over 95% life left on them.
