***-clown for two reasons. First, don't do that on crowded streets. That's how bystanders get hurt and nice cars get crashed. Secondly, that dude has no idea how to drive...at all.

There are a bunch of over-privileged kids with Daddy (oil) money around my neck of the woods that drive just like this.
I make the association because not everyone who has the benefit treats it so carelessly.
