ACG W218 CLS63 Brake Packages

ACG W218 CLS63 Brake Package Upgrades listed below:

Stage 1:

Brake Pad Replacement Packages. If your discs are still good, but you need a replacement pad we have put together these to refresh your braking system for more bite, less fade and most importantly less brake dust.

W218 CLS63 Street Brake Package: $450 + Shipping
- Porterfield R4-S Front and Rear Street/Track Brake Pads
- Motul RBF 600 Racing Brake Fluid (2 500ML Containers)
* BRAKE LINES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR W212 *

Stage 2:

Complete braking system replacement packages. These packages will include Girodisc 2 piece floating slotted replacement rotors (drilled/slotted additional $150) Porterfield Pads and Motul Fluid.

W218 CLS63 Stage 2 Street Brake Package: $2,525.00 + Shipping
- Girodisc 360x36mm Front 2pc Slotted Racing Rotors
- Girodisc 360x26mm Rear 2pc Slotted Racing Rotors
- Porterfield R4-S Front and Rear Street/Track Brake Pads
- Motul RBF 600 Racing Brake Fluid (2 500ML Containers)
* BRAKE LINES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR W212 *

Girodisc 2 piece rotors are a direct replacement for the OE disc. No modifications are necessary. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OE calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight high performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency.

Girodisc rotor replacements have shown a significant weight reduction in the form of up to 7-8 pounds per corner. That is a potential total decrease in unsprung weight of up to 30 pounds! This reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response.

The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is made from cast iron to the same specification and material as used by professional racing organizations. As opposed to the OEM disc, these rotors are side specific featuring a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc, venting properly and cooling the brakes efficiently.

The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.

When used with performance pads and hi-temp fluid, you have what amounts to a truly amazing solution to overheating or warping rotors.

Brakes

Do you have the Stage 1 kits in stock and just to confirm, the stainless brake lines are available for the w218 cars? Do the Porterfield pads squeal at all?

Are you guys still doing these kits I'd like a stage 1 kit, also does the brake lines work for a 2012 CLS63 w/ performance package.
