UPD Intake spacers results for 63 Bi-Turbo

Hi all,

Just wanted to share these results, Car had BMC drop in filters on first run ( blue)

and seconded run I installed UPD spacers and filters (RED)

the red run showing was 5th run back to back ( car was hot). so its not that cool but gains were there.

Power is gained on all RPM.

I DON'T GAIN ANYTHING FROM WRITTING THIS THREAD, JUST WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU GUYS REGARDING THE POWER GAIN FROM THIS SIMPLE MOD.

please see attached the picture of dyno run

Is this your car? Is the car stock other than the filter and UPD change?

no this is a GLE63 Coupe

stock TQ was 670 All Wheel.
and HP was 400 All Wheel.

this dyno graph is the car having catless DP and tuned by OE Tuning

so the comparison was for a tuned car before and after UPD spacers

Ali, do you think the gains were potentially only because of better filters, or are you fairly certain that the spacers actually contributed (by lifting the filter and reducing restriction)?

Thanks for posting!!

the car had BMC filter prior installing, so it wasn't stock filters.

I don't think its only due to filters, as other filters can be installed, I may try next time, stock filters with spacers, to see if there is a gain or not .

I have those spacers in a car with modded turbos pushing 830 hp and 1380 nm - we ran dyno with them and without them and the result tbh was no difference
