Stock Ecu 14' CLS63 S vs EC Tuned 12' CLS63 P30 Dyno results

Finally got around to putting my car on the dyno. The dyno is a Mustang dyno which usually produces conservative numbers compared to other dyno's. The results fall inline with the track results I've gotten out of the car. I still have not gotten the ECU tuned because I wanted to squeeze out the full potential of my setup prior to flashing it. For comparison sake a buddy of mine also dyno'd his car right before mine. His car is a 2012 CLS63 PP RWD with AFE dry filters, MBH offroad DP's, Resonator delete, Eurocharged Stage 2 Tune.

His car made 542HP 715TQ
Mine made 597HP 639TQ

My current mods are.

Stock down pipes with the cat removed and replaced with straight pipe.
Resonator removed and replaced with x pipe
Mufflers removed and replaced with straight pipe
K&N filters unoiled
Air box and ducts modded
Ambient air scoops
RaceChip PB on 0 setting
Stock Plugs gapped down
Couple other tweaks I'll post in another thread.

Let me know what you guys think!

My car's Dyno sheet:

Great results! With those exhaust mods, your car must be LOUD...

Its actually not that loud. It was louder when the down pipes were just true duals but after adding the X pipe it mellowed and smoothed out the tone quite a bit!

Nice numbers.

Curious how is the Racechip PB working for you?

I took a gamble and bought the ultimate to try out for fun but still have it sitting in a box in my trunk LoL...

Any before and after runs/dyno results for the Racechip PB?

No before results but its obviously making power. 600 on a mustang dyno is good even for a regular tuned car. I've driven with the stock plug in it and I'll never go back lol. Put it on only takes like 5 min to install. I've got the ultimate as well. My car being an S model I think helps as well. Not sure if your car is or not.

Thanks just being lazy have lots of parts laying around waiting to be installed.

I have the 2014 e550 so not the same engine but I hope the racechip works with no issues and if so should hold me over whenever in the future I swap out to m157 turbos etc.

What are the air scoops thing you posted? Someone sales it?

I bought the intake spacer mod that is mentioned on here so I am guessing that is the intake mod your mentioning?

No this is something I constructed that takes the fresh air coming into the grill and channels the air into the intakes. It works better the faster you're going.

Just to update this. The EC car had his ecu reflashed by EC again and the car feels like a rocket. Should be re-dynoing it this week and I'll report back. Cant wait to get a tune on mine!

Nothing wrong with the tune. Just wasn't the tune he wanted. I'm guessing they thought he was the one wanting a docile tune when he actually wanted an aggressive tune. That's what it feels like now for sure lol

Any chance you know what EC's turn around time was on your buddy's ECU?

Awesome stuff.... looks like your CLS63 is putting down some boss numbers. Post some pictures of the other car with the new aggressive tune. It would be interesting to see what number he’s putting down.
