Would this cause water to get in the intake?

I drove my new to me ‘12 CLS63 home tonight and came across a large puddle which I hydroplaned through for 2-3 seconds. There was a large truck beside me as well which sprayed water all over the front end of the car and I could not see. Car is running fine but I’m being paranoid in thinking water got into the intake system as the car has a very slight vibration during idle. Is the vibration @ idle normal? What would it take for water to get in the intake? I’m assuming the engineers designed the system with rain/puddles in mind. Thanks in advance.

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Nothing is impossible. But I would say that's highly unlikely from spraying.
