How many miles out of factory brakes?

My car has the p30 performance package and has 14,000 miles. How many miles more can I get with the factory brakes? Recent servicing at Mercedes says I have 5MM left. Isn’t that low? My R8 and Corvettes went beyond 35,000 miles on the factory brakes.

I have a '16 with ceramics....I just swapped out the rear pads at 10K miles. Not happy about it. I hope this isn't the normal, and I hope you get more than just 15K or so.

Mileage is not much of a determining factor when it comes to brake wear. I'd say it's more about a person's driving habits (how heavily you accelerate and how hard you apply the brakes; some people get on their gas hard only to stomp on their brakes at the end of the block), where the driving is done (highway vs local st) and even traffic (more stop and go = more wear overall on your car).
