Tires

Hello all,

this is my first post. I am looking in to getting new tires for my 2014 CLS AMG 63 S model. I currently have summer tires on and here in Chicago the weather is starting to get colder with possibility of snow. I would like to know if putting Continental pro contact DWS 06 is a good choice or should i consider going winter tires. this is my daily driver. I had the continentals on previous vehicles and liked them just not sure if they are a good fit for MB. thank you, any advise would be great. thanks

I really enjoyed the DWS on my other cars. Never had them on the Benz, but I'm sure they should be fine for an all weather tire.

I ran the Continentals as my all seasons in Missouri on a set of 19's. I used the stock 18's for dedicated snow tires (Blizzak). Since I don't have the AWD model, I felt I needed the performance advantage of a real snow tire.

I hardly drive my cls. I can feel dead spots on the tires for the first 5-6 minutes of driving but goes away after. I never felt it on my michelins
