Lowering module

Has anyone tried this or any other lowering module for a 2012 CLS sedan or similar? Are they any good ? Any issues ?

Have a '14 CLS 63 AMG. Would this module work? Thought only had airmatic in the
rear....not front as well.

This will only work on vehicle with the "raise" button. Will NOT work with AMG CLS.

It works well with my MB s560 w222. But as for me I want to go much lower )) Max lowering level is -70mm from factory settings and the seller told me that go lower isn't safely for suspension.

You will definitely need an alignment and rear camber kit, trust me I know. I lowered mine 2" (-50 mm ish) and my rear set of tires last 10K miles.

Certainly will as there is only front and rear Toe "directional" adjustment OEM and we saw the need therefore to re-establish both front Camber and Caster. Rear Camber (and extra Toe) so can return vehicle to factory alignment specs!

Allowing once again to "adjust tire contact angles" correctly resolving costly, premature edge tire wear and ending the frustration of constantly changing tire brands or ongoing trips to dealers or alignment shops.

Catering for other than showroom height conditions.

Day to day commuting encountering high cambered roads, altered height through load carrying or lowering. Fitting wide profile tires / wheels, worn bushings or simply curb knock damage (kits also replace the highest wearing at the same time)

Single wrench precisely adjustable. Accurately (under load) direct on alignment rack

ALL MODEL W222
Front (Camber & Caster) #502816 K $480
Rear Camber and (extra Toe) #502526 $480

2015 CLS550 Shooting brake 4-matic
Hi!

If you find a good mechanic, he can lower your Airmatic by Mercedes diagnostic tool "Star". No other stuff needed. My car is lowered like that. Rides nice low now.

For me personally it was the best choice to lower with Star. Mechanic didn't want any money with that lowering. CLS550 has that sport and comfort mode and also you can raise the car very high if needed as you know. I don't need to "play" with any different lowering highs that often. Maybe some others like. That is plenty enough for me.

Theres some function in AMG CLS63 that lower the car when speed comes about 170km/h. So maybe its not a good idea to lower the AMG with Star. I don't remember for sure.
