i miss my hid fogs and im thinking to have some brackets made and mount them behind those side grills. i dont think it would look good on the outside of the grill.

I also miss my fogs. I want to try and mount them behind the side grills. I think that would be pretty cool.

ya that way they would only be visible when they are on.
im just not sure how much obstruction the mesh itself would cause.

Ya I was also considering that problem too. I was thinking an alternate route, what about LED strips along the top or bottom edge of the bumpers air dams on both sides.

its tough to say. it would be difficult to get a really nice LED setup made without it looking too ricey. ive seen many that look pretty bad, especially when they are not on.

besides i dont think led would provide a lot of lighting. the main reason why i want to have the fogs back is because i converted mine to HID and i love how they light up dark roads at night. it makes a big difference.

Having the fogs was the best part on the amg bumper. Ya i can see how leds would look a little ricey. But oh well, we have a pretty sweet kit that no one really has.
But nothing beats when people break their necks trying to get a look at the rocket bumper. It is def a head turner. One thing that I didnt like about the amg bumper was that it kept in so much of the engines heat unlike the rocker bumper it gives the engine more air to breath and to be cool

this has been the main reason i never wanted the brabus bumper. i do like this fog setup on a rocket bumper. i have seen other/better pics of this setup and it looks good. i think it is porsche lights but perhaps some of the new amg fogs would look good. am i crazy?
