Has anyone tried the bolts from the dealer? I just put those on and will see it it helps. I know I have a W218 and I am only lowered 1 inch so my tire wear is not as severe as you guys.

I've got the bolts, wasn't enough - not even close. You might have less camber to start with though 218?

Yes you filled in the K-MAC order form correctly and we have sent you through a PayPal invoice as you requested for a rear Camber and Toe adjuster kit for your CLS 63 AMG.

This is at this month of March special promotional offer of $465 including Fedex delivery ti USA/Canada.

Thank you, before I send the payment, I thought I requested the Front camber kit. Can you double check that I ordered the correct model. My front tires are the ones that are receiving bad inner wear.

Hi Kelvin

Thanks for your email.
CLS55
Is it front or rear adjuster kit?
If rear, is it coil spring, air suspension or AMG model?
Please advise (include phone number and I can ring you).
Best Regards
Kevin

I bought the rear kit 502526 for W219 AMG with airmatic.

I got very little in terms of instructions, anywhere I can find more detailed install instructions?

Re lack of precise instructions. Could you private email us what dealer you bought the K-Mac kit from.

Yes I bought a set a few years ago and never installed them due to lack of directions, even my local shop couldn't figure it out. Ending up going to dealer and they added some bolts as mentioned above and was able to get the camber almost perfect according to them. I'll know as time goes on with the read inner tire wear.

doesn't matter how you lower the car, links or ELM, its all on how low you go, the lower you go the greater the camber angle gets and same with toe these cars have a fixed camber only the toe can be adjusted on the front.
K-mac is one of the only options to correct that negative camber.

I ordered both sets on the 19th. Thought I saw something like 3-4 days for shipping, but I live in Maine... even Fed-ex has to make a special trip.

Will do! Still not here yet.
Nice looking 550. I almost bought one, then I discovered those three little letters available on the other side of the trunk.

Got my K-Mac bushing yesterday. They look like they might actually survive the real world I'll report back after I get them in and put some miles on them.

Of course they will. The K-MAC design has been in production for 19 years now and used in all out competition racing.

But remember after wheel alignment make sure all 4 nuts are tight!

Best regards,
K-MAC Team

Yes, I can see that squeezing them in is critical to maintaining there position. What is the torque spec? (in ft lbs)

Also, the outer shell is turned down slightly on a lathe about 1/4" in. Is that to start it into the control arm?

90ft/lbs

Yes the outer shell step is an extra feature to assist lining up bush for accurate insertion
(see HeissRod informative link https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...-airmatic.html steps 7, 8 and 9.)
