Racing Brake,
I love your hat/open slot/centerline mount rotor design. If funds were unlimited I would definitely have gone this route. I appreciate all the links to parts that didn't come up in my initial searches as well.
As I stated however in my OP I was looking for a more economical package that gave the same or better performance than the stock units while retaining the AMG calipers.
I think in my case that goal was achieved.
After running the Bosch Quiet Cast pads for several miles now I think they are at least equal in initial bite and O/A performance to the unknown pads that came off the car if not a bit better. The removed pads were still approx. 45 - 50% remaining but the rotors were 1.5mm under min thickness spec so they had to go.

If you call the numbers in post 8 and talk to Lary or Troy they will give you the email address and you should be able to email the same brake rotor setup, solid mount sheet that I attached if you have a 2007 CLS63 or compatable P030 equiped car with 390mm two piece rotors that takes MB Part # 230-421-12-12.
Please understand that I have no idea which cars use that same part #. You will have to do the research but I believe 2006 - 2010 CLS63 390mm rotors are that part number. If you are not positive PLEASE measure your rotors.
Bud, we have same car.
Yea, I printed out your order form, thanks. This way I don't need to take my rotors off and wait. I will order set and once they come I will get to work. I will take measurements and pictures for hardware and post it here. Maybe we can find them which would be good for people that want to take same route in future.

My rotors came in today, 10 days after order
I was able to order over the phone thanks to Bud's previous order.
I need to order pads and than find free weekend to change them.
Thanks Bud.

TWF63,
I hope your experience with the Colman rotors is as good as mine has been. I am several hundred miles into them and even with the very inexpensive Bosch Quiet Cast #1320 pads and these rotors, the AMG braking is Phenomenal.

Hey all,
I have put about 1500 miles on the rotors and can report no troubles whatsoever. I did get a call from Coleman saying that they didn't want to just make rotors on my order name without my permission to do so. I am sending them an email so they will have that permission.
However your best bet would probably be to download their form here http://www.colemanracing.com/Assets/...rake_Rotor.pdf

Then if you don't want to take your own measurements you can copy mine from the form I attached in post #8 of this thread. That would work too. Having said that please read my disclaimer below.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE A 2007 CLS63 AMG WITH THE P30 PACKAGE 390mm FRONT ROTORS AND THESE WERE MY MEASUREMENTS. THE RESULTING CUSTOM COLEMAN ROTORS FIT MY CAR LIKE A GLOVE AND MAY FIT OTHER YEARS. HOWEVER I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FITMENT TO YOUR CAR EVEN IF IT IS A 2007 CLS63 AMG AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO AT LEAST REMOVE ONE ROTOR AND CONFIRM THESE DIMENSIONS FOR YOUR APPLICATION ON THE OFF CHANCE THAT SOMEWHERE IN ITS LIFE SOMEONE CHANGED THINGS FROM STOCK P30 PACKAGE ON YOUR CAR.

Thanks Bud.
I sent another guy there and told him to use my name for order but I guess it all goes back to you
I bought original MB pads but did not have time yet to install rotors/pads.

Would love to hear how your install went. I used red Loctite on my bolt/nut threads if I didn't say so before. Would have been fine without but I had it and a little extra lock won't hurt anything.

Are the caliper mounting brackets different from a regular 55?
Old thread, I know...but am doing my research on P30 rotors on a non-P30 car
