CLS55 Black or silver

CLS55 Black or silver
Hi guys,
I am about to buy a CLS55 but not able to decide what color is better combination. I used to think Black is the best for Mercedes but when I bought the CLK55, the Silver actually looks better than Black. I am not sure how about CLS body style. Any opinion would be appreciated.

Black =) I love silver and have had two silver MB's but CLS black for me. Silver on CLS just doesnt IMO match the body as good as black.

Thank you for your response. I will go tomorrow morning to trade in my G35 Coupe manual. I just hate manual after only 2 months of driving... I will go with black one now. If I buy it tomorrow, will post pix.

I've seen both and they both look fantastic. With that said, there's NOTING like a freshly detailed black CLS. There's something very cool about the way it reflects light especially at night.

But back to OP: I think the silver looks more elegant and classy, whereas the black looks meaner. Mines Tanzanite Blue so I'm not sure where I fall.

Silver is the quintessential rental car color these days, but it still looks nice on a CLS. Especially if you tint the windows and get some wheels that aren't silver.
As far as asking for opinions, that's like asking what kind of shoes are the best looking shoes. People are just going to ell you what color car they have.
It's whatever you like! Can't go wrong either way!

Both color are very nice. I went to see the silver one last week-end... the condition is not that good. 2 error messages in the dash about Brake visit shop and Coven battery thing. Plus, the rear sun-shade does not working. The internet asking price is $24K but when I was there, they ask for $26K. No deal.
