No Blind Spot Assist - Should I pass on the car?

Found the CPO CLS63S Designo that I want, color combo and all options less the Blind Spot Assist.

Should I pass on this car if it does not have this option, or is this something that people live without in CLS63 just fine?

Get it, then look over your shoulder. People have done it for a long, long time
