Post your VIN to check which is the correct part. I'd go for INA not FEBI BTW.

Can't seem to source those part #s here in the U.S.
I would have figured the gates would be available, but can't find anything.

Check the price with your MB dealer there should be some difference but not much.

It's double the price of the aftermarket.

I am changing both idler pulleys along with the serpentine belt and belt tightener on my S204 with 155k miles just as a precaution. I got the INA pulleys/belt tightener and the Gates serpentine belt at 1/3 of the dealer prices.

Broke down and bought 2 from the dealer. Gates belt from orielly.

About 120$ for the pulleys and 37$ for the belt only because I can't afford to wait 5 days for shipping.

but none the less I cannot find a nr 65?

Edit:
my setup looks like this its 3 smooth pulleys 2,3&4 and 1 is the only grooved.
https://www.mbusa.com/vcm/MB/Digital...c_cls63amg.pdf
pg: 436-7 as i couldnt find an actual belt layout for my car using google.

Well got it all figured out.
After driving around today and just so happening to open the hood as i smelled antifreeze, the plastic smooth pulley had melted. Went to the dealership again 60$ but looking at the new and old pulley my old one had gotten long and skinny and i thought it looked weird when i put the belt back on in the first place.

Well went to oreilly and found a metal Gates pulley, especially after the guy at the dealer saying that the plastic pulleys were crap.

I also noticed that the Gates belt that orielly gave me was like 2373mm and the manual states 2360mm, so i also got a smaller belt.

Got everything back on just so happened to squeeze the radiator hose and it has a hole in it im guessing from when the pulley broke so now i have to wait until Tuesday because nobody has it in stock.

edit

Gates Part #s

36220 - Metal pulley
K060923 - 2360mm Belt
