LED Upgrade for D2S Low Beam

LED Upgrade for D2S Low Beam
Has anyone upgraded their HIDs for their low beam (D2S) to a LED Upgrade?
I upgraded my fog lights to LED and love them... but recently one of my low-beams HID died and instead of replacing it with another I would like to upgrade to LED.
I found these and they seem to have good reviews and are flicker free/ Canbus Ready.
Thoughts?
Thank you,
David

Post some pics when you get sorted. Sounds interesting, can't recall someone doing led's there.

For fogs I would consider the LED bulbs but not for increased light output, just for pure looks.
I recently did LEDs to my E55 and the lights look nice color wise, no codes ever and im not running any decoders either but you will not have more light output than your HIDs. LEDs are just not there yet.

I just did parking, fogs, and head lamps with 6500K on mine and used a kit / bulbs from DDM and they look AMAZING! I can post pics later.
I did a 35watt H7 6500k canbus kit for the fog lights and wow they really pop.
Since I already had HID setup for my headlights I just got a pair of D2S "Ultra Bulbs" that's a little long and brighter then the stock bulbs.
I got 194 Canbus LED for both the side markers and parking lights.
Since my car already has HID going to LED on the head lamps would actually be a step down and costs much more. If you already have HID just get the bright 55w bulbs and get LED's on the parking, fog, and side markers.

MBWorld Fanatic!
I've got aftermarket HID high and low beam. I had to switch to halogen for the brights because they took about 5 seconds to warm up and get all the way bright The halogens are a huge downgrade in light output, but they are instantaneous Any words of wisdom?.

I was actually told to NOT upgrade my highs for the very same reason when I upgraded the rest of my lights. They said most guys just leave them stock since you only use highs like 1% of the time anyway.

A few pics of how my lights look with all 3 in 6500 bulbs. I would say the headlights are about 20-30% brighter than the stocks and the fogs and sides about 50% brighter especially with the smoked side markers.

Hello everyone,
I currently purchase a new LED Kit from XenonHids.com, But the only problem that I have run into is the brackets to hold the LED's don't fit because they are too small, any suggestions?
Thank you

What bulb did you use for the fog lights here? And model of that bulb? Thanks dude. I have 6500k for low beam and it works ok but hallogen looks funny in the fogs
