Rebuilding my 06 CLS 55 AMG SRS error code
Hello, I've been putting together an 06 CLS 55 AMG and I've run into an SRS problem. The car was in a front end collision but none of the airbags went off. SRS light comes on right away and I'm pulling the error code "NE06 n2/7 system (restraint control module) is faulty [currant and stored]" should I have to get the SRS module reprogrammed for an accident when the airbags didn't go off?

Basically AFAIK if you have a SRS fault that is above a certain threshold it doesn't go away until you turn it off using STAR. This happened when I had some glass replaced and they left my airbag in the back passenger seat unplugged, I don't have STAR so the dealer did it for me.
