will 265/35 fit 18X8.5 ?

will 265/35 fit 18X8.5 ?
i have BBS CH 18x8.5 currently running 255/35 at rear, will 265/35 fit 18x8.5 ?

Not recommended. 265 tires should use at least a 18x9 wheel.

i want to try Pilot sport cup the one M3 CSL is using. but the problem is they only make 265/35 no 255. 265 will fit but don't look good right ? or it jsut won't fit at all ?
