rock chip protection for wheels?

rock chip protection for wheels?
My Renntech forged wheels are powdercoated black and look beautiful. However, rock chips are a big problem... every weekend I inspect the wheels and invariably find half-a-dozen chips that I need to touchup. Is there some spray or something else I can put over the powdercoat for more protection? Or do I just have to resign myself to having the wheels repainted every few years?
