How to tell if 2012 C350 4Matic sedan has sport brakes?

VIN Decoder says the car has AMG style pkg, 18" rims and "Upgraded brake calipers and vented front rotors" but does not list option ID codes. How do I know what I have? I'm looking to order new rotors and pads soon. Is there a visible difference or measurement of the rotors? Any pics?
