Different offset size

Different centre bore size
Looking to get a set of 19s but the offset and centre bore are different. 72mm bore and et35 and et38. Would they fit or will I have problems? The rims are 5x112 8.5j et35 & 5x112 9.5j et 38 provided by the seller.
I want to get some deep concave rims and fining it hard to find anything half decent for the mercs.
Getting bored the the AMG rims I have.
