Is there a Collapsible Spare that will fit a W222 S Class?
With MB’s idiotic elimination of not only the spare wheel/tire on their huge S Class sedans, but also the SPACE in which to put one, should an owner feel the need, as I do, I am looking for a collapsible unit that will work.
In my 2015 S550, I carried a compact spare from a W221, sitting on top of the trunk floor. However, when I got my identically equipped 2018 S560, I was shocked that MB has again shrunk the trunk space, so now it is getting REALLY tight in there, please see photos. A collapsible spare would be a HUGE help. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
