Hello Group.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and problem.

I have just bought a lovely S Class 320 petrol, year 2000.

She drives wonderfully, but each morning I start the car with no problems or error messages.

Then after driving for 5 minutes the car seems to go into neutral, its just revs then I get a message Airmatic, visit workshop.

I pull over stop and re start the car and from then on there are no problems at all, I can drive for 2 - 3 hours, use the car for the rest of the day and not a single problem.

Park at home and same again Airmatic problem, revs I stop restart and all good again.

The car does not drop at all over night and the airmatic goes up and down perfectly.

Any ideas would be muchly appreciated.

Im one of those guys that has wanted one for years,managed to save for it, but not rich on funds to send it to be fixed, wife is now giving me the eyes as to say WHY!!.

Please help.
