Hi,
I have clunking noise from front of the car, when I drive over bumps. is it some generally problem with the w204 ?

No, it is not a general problem.
It may be due to some suspension problems because your suspension systems have components like shock absorbers, springs, anti-roll bars, and other parts.
Due to regular driving, the vehicle affects on all the mentioned components. Under this driving condition (from the road condition point of view), the suspension parts can be damaged or worn out.
I would simply advise you to take your car to the nearest car service center.
