Hello!
I have tried using heavy duty wheel cleaner, dish soap, pressure washer, etc. to try and clean my wheels and nothing seems to be working. I will attach a photo for reference but I do not know what to do!
I have purchased Superwrap (Spray Vinyl Wrap) to put on my wheels until I can powder coat them but I would like to clean them before applying it.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can use to get this crap off of my wheels?!

As you can see, they look nice when there isn't stuff all over them so I don't think they are deteriorating...
