S Slass wheels on an E350 - Need help Luke

I have some 19" AMG 215, with machined lip, wheels (purchased at Tirerack). 19 x 8.5 and 19x9.5. Best I can tell there is about a +10mm offset between the S class wheels and the E class wheel. If I do nothing the wheels will move inward about 10mm and risk hitting the control arms.
If I put spacers on, this will make the offsets about right and clear the suspension and fill the fender well correctly. Everything else, hubs, bolt pattern should be OK, right?
I've seen posts where you have advised against some wheel set ups. Please let me know if this will be OK.
