Issues with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s?
When I recently inquired about the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3
with a tireshop, they did not recommend the tire for two reasons. They said they loadbalanced their tires and the GS-D3 was difficult to balance and often caused ibrations while driving. They also said because of the Mercedes' inherent negative camber, the GS-D3s became cupped on its edges more often and sooner than Michelin or Pirelli tires. They sold all three brands so I don't believe it was a ploy to sell me something they didnt' carry.
Anyone experienced premature cupping, tread wear or balance problems with the GS-D3s? How much mileage are you getting from a set?

Only have a couple thousand miles, but no wear problems, and there were no problems balancing at all. They ride much smoother, and certainly much quieter than the Pilot sports.

Ive had them for about 200 miles now, they are real good in the rain, very quiet, much smoother over road imperfections than those Turanza's.No problems balancing, and only a slight vibe when first put them on @60mph.Its gone now, real happy with them.
I got a question though,How long before you can be sure the seperation lube is gone?Luke?
