FS: 20" Forged Specialties staggered wheels off my old CLS- true 3 piece
Im selling my 3 piece Forged Specialties wheels:
9SC (9 spoke concave)
20x9, 20x10.5
Hidden Hardware
Hyper-black center
chrome inner and outer lip
wrapped with:
hankook ventus v12's
255/30/20 and 295/25/20
$1500 + shipping
I have had these wheels for around 2 years. They were on my 2007 CLS550. The fit is perfect and I love the way they looked. I paid $4100 for the rims and over $800 for tires. The tires have less than 4k miles on them. I rarely drove the car (in 3 years of ownership I put less than 7k miles on it). I sold the car and no longer need these. The finish on the wheels is still great but... a month or so before I sold the car i hit a pot hole with the rear driver side wheel. It created a hairline crack in the inner hoop near the bolts and would no longer hold air. I brought it to a local wheel shop and the guy convinced me it was structurally fine, and he took the wheels apart and resealed it. I brought it home put it on and drove it around the block- still leaking. I dropped the wheel back off with him and when I returned to get it he had gooped silicone all over the inside of the rim. Needless to say I rolled my eyes and brought the mess home. Im tired of looking at the beautiful wheels sit in my garage. To fix it correctly that wheel needs a new inner hoop. If you know how to do this or have someone you trust you will be getting a hell of a deal. The other 3 wheels are straight. Im a honest person and not trying to fool anybody- i have no problem showing these wheels in person.
